“Managing the 9-1-1 Center” (order at www.nena.org) is a guide and resource to Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) managers, authored for the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) by Eric Parry, ENP, Emergency Response Specialist for MCP. Eric received NENA’s prestigious 2009 “Bill Stanton” award for his leadership and contribution to 9-1-1 through his body of work in leading the NENA Education Advisory Board and expertise with PSAP. Eric brings 37 years of public safety communications expertise to his role at MCP, including industry consulting experience in Malaysia, Argentina, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
