MCPShare: Client Project Management Share Tool

MCPShare is a customized project management application that MCP uses to closely track project issues and status. Designed to capture action items and issues in an automated real-time “punch list,” the share tool provides a current status report, progress milestones, and metrics that are accessible only to the client and project team members. Reports are available online through the client’s log-in at any time. MCP also provides the client an updated report for review at each progress meeting with accountabilities assigned (“who will do what and when”) for each action item.
