Speaker: Scott Neal, Vice President, Director of Wireless Services

Scott brings more than three decades of wireless communications experience to MCP. Scott retired in 2015 after completing a 28-year career with the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), where he oversaw the PSP’s statewide land mobile radio (LMR) system. Since joining MCP in 2015, he has served as project manager on multiple projects and was the lead consultant supporting multiple states in the planning effort for the nationwide public safety broadband network. He currently leads a team of 23 subject-matter experts who specialize in supporting our clients’ mission-critical wireless networks.

Speaker: Brian Malinich, PE, Senior Technology Specialist and Engineering Team Lead

Brian is a certified professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience in wireless projects at the county, state, and federal levels. Brian played an integral role in the installation of new OWS systems for the cities of Beverly Hills and Malibu in California, Pueblo County in Colorado, Madison County and Estill County in Kentucky, and Pensacola Christian College in Florida. For many years, he supported the early-warning capabilities of the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Readiness Preparedness Program (CSEPP), a joint initiative of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Army.
