- Short- and long-term disability combined coverage, with part of the cost subsidized
- Employer-paid life insurance policy with the option to purchase supplemental life insurance
401(k) Opportunities
MCP offers a 401(k) savings and investment plan designed to help participants grow their wealth.

- Employer match of 50 percent of the first four percent of the staff member’s contribution
- Employer matching is vested after five years of employment
