Emergency Number Professional Study Group
Building a stronger workforce of certified emergency number professionals is key to helping public safety agencies meet their missions. With a team including more than 40 certified team members, Mission Critical Partners dedicates our staff’s wisdom and expertise to help those looking to further their education level and professional certifications.
Mission Critical Partners hosts a series of study group sessions two times a year to prepare emergency communication specialists for the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certification examination. The eight-session study group, conducted by MCP subject matter experts, is free and available online. However, space is limited, and study groups fill up quickly.
